Schind SSM110 surface polishing machine is designed according to universal industrial necessities. Main chase is enough strong and heavy. Because of that rigid structure of main body, during the surface finishing, operator can get excellent shiny polished surfaces from our buffing machine. Satin finishing of steel sheet parts, sheet metal edge rounding, brilliant metal surfaces are very easy with our brushing machine Schind SSM110 (11Kw). We also have bigger surface finishing machine which name is Schind SSM135. Same mentality, excellent metal surface result, just bigger size and it has 15Kw Motor. Width of the process area is 1350mm.

     Our mirror polishing machine has PLC control unit which allows to operator to use the machine table forward and backward. Why we need both direction? Because grinding belts left a little burry at the edge of cutting lines. If we want to remove these burrs at the side of the cut / engraved / molded corners / in the slots and holes then we have to move the table to both directions. Adjustable speed of the oscillating brush system and table on both directions give standard polished surface finishing on the material such as flat metal, copper, bronze, brass.
