SWJT3520 is a model that combines 5-axis CNC diamond saw and 5-axis CNC water jet cutting technologies in one body developed for the production of kitchen countertops, interior decoration and special design parts with narrow radius. Since our Schind SWJT3520 saw-jet machine includes both 5-axis CNC bridge cutting machine and 5-axis CNC water jet cutting machine, its purchasing cost is low and it takes up less space in the factory.

It has been optimized with other components such as HD camera, specially developed software, vacuum unit, milling and hydraulic table in order to benefit from time and material with maximum efficiency.

The working logic of our machine is briefly; The cutting head of the 5-axis bridge cutting machine, which can rotate 360°, is adapted to the saw axis of the 3-axis water jet cutting group, and it makes straight and wide arc cuts quickly with the saw and cuts narrow radius, angular areas with the water jet. In addition, there is no need to make a second 5-axis water jet head. The combination of these features makes SWJT3520 a first-class professional stone processing machine that saves time and unit cost.

Our 5-axis CNC sawjet machine has a grid table that can be lifted up to 85° with hydraulic pistons on both sides.

The high-pressure water pump (420Mpa = 60,000 PSI = 3800 Bar) is servo motorized and its operating sound is quieter than other brand water jet pumps.
